How to Order
1. Fill out the contact form below. Feel free to include reference photos and/or personal drawings.
2. After discussing your design, you’ll be sent a payment link for a 50% non-refundable deposit.
3. Once completed, a rough sketch of your commission will be sent to your email within 2 business days.
4. When a final design has been agreed on, the sculpting process will begin. Within 4 weeks, you’ll be sent final photos along with the second payment link for the remaining balance.
5. Once final payment is received, your custom order will be shipped to you with tracking information :)
Things to keep in mind
☆ Lighters are not included with lighter cases. However, they are a perfect fit for any standard size BIC lighter!
☆ To ensure all 99thgallery projects remain 'one-of-a-kind’, inquiries regarding exact duplicates of any past work will not be accepted.
☆ The 50% non-refundable deposit is required before receiving any rough sketches. This secures your spot and goes towards the final total.
☆ Lastly, commissions can take up to 4 weeks to make and ship to you.
